THE WAY I SEE

My background is rooted in science and technology. Perhaps that is why I am fascinated by the physical nature of light, surfaces, materials and time. Photography became a different way of investigating the world. Where science seeks to measure and explain, photography allows me to observe. I am interested in the moment when observation becomes emotion. My photographs are not primarily about places or objects. They are about what time, light and human presence leave behind.
